REFUND POLICY

At Capital Punch, we value your satisfaction with our embroidery digitizing services. Please review our refund policy outlined below:

Refunds are considered in the following circumstances:

  • Service Errors: In the event of errors or issues on our part that significantly impact the quality of the digitized embroidery file.
  • Unfulfilled Orders: If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your order.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support at info@capitalpunch.com within 48 hours. Provide relevant details and, if applicable, supporting evidence for a prompt resolution.

Refunds will not be issued for orders with approved and completed digitization services unless due to service errors as mentioned above.

Orders can be canceled within 48 hours for a full refund. Once the digitization process has commenced, cancellations may not be possible.
